With more than 30 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries with particular expertise in foot and ankle conditions, gait and running analysis, and custom orthotic fabrication. My advanced training in manual therapy allows me to assess and treat pain with a high level of precision, helping patients recover efficiently and return to the activities they love.

I hold a Board Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and completed a Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy at Northwestern University, placing me among the top 0.5% of physical therapists nationwide with this level of specialization. Through my fellowship training, I also gained extensive education in Pain Neuroscience, enabling me to accurately identify pain mechanisms and deliver the most efficient, targeted treatment strategies for each patient. My background in research and education continues to shape my clinical approach and commitment to evidence-based care.

About Me

I am a proud graduate of Northwestern University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science, and of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences (NUPTHMS). I remain closely connected to the Northwestern community through my service on the NUPTHMS Alumni Board of Directors.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of patients—from individuals recovering from everyday injuries to Olympic athletes and professionals in the NFL, NBA, and MLB, as well as numerous collegiate and high school athletes. No matter the level of sport or stage of life, my mission is the same: to provide individualized, high-quality care that restores strength, mobility, and recovery.

Whether you’re managing a chronic issue, recovering from an injury, or aiming to enhance your movement performance, I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals with skill, experience, and compassion.
