I treat all orthopedic conditions including head/neck pain, jaw pain, shoulder pain, elbow and wrist/hand pain, spine pain, hip pain, knee pain and foot/ankle pain.
How is treatment personalized?
Each session focuses on your unique movement patterns and pain while addressing your goals.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We’ll do a thorough evaluation to understand your pain and movement limitations, then create a tailored plan including beginning your treatment and starting a home exercise program.
Do you accept insurance?
I provide a superbill that you can provide your insurance carrier. At this time we are not credentialed with any insurance companies.
How long are sessions?
Sessions typically last 60 minutes depending on your schedule.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your goals and condition. We prioritize the biggest wins first and keep your plan tight. Many people feel progress within a few sessions.
Do you help with sports and everyday pain?
Yes. We treat post-op rehab, chronic pain, nagging injuries, “return to sport,” new-sport training, and mobility check-ins to keep you moving strong. Physical therapists are movement experts trained for both pain relief and performance.
Do you offer screenings for new season sports?
Yes, We offer screenings for all activities including golf, paddle, pickleball, running, swimming, gardening, skiing season.
What should I wear to my first visit?
Wear comfortable clothes that let us see and move the area we’re treating—shorts for knees/hips, a tank or T-shirt for shoulder/neck. Sneakers are great.
